Courchevel 1850 offers ski in, ski out hotels throughout the resort. The runs on this area are gentle and take in the heart of the resort and offer dedicate beginner areas. Intermediate skiers and snowboarders are in paradise – the Courchevel is big and Les 3 Vallées vast, with endless intermediate cruisers to explore.

Expert skiers and snowboarders will inevitably drop into the Grand Couloir, an iconic descent from beneath the Saulire cable car station.

Beyond Courchevel lies the Méribel, Les Menuires, St Martin de Bellville and then Val Thorens sectors. The terrain is vast and ski safaris to the distant reaches of Les 3 Vallées region are special.

Courchevel transfers


Courchevel is located in the Tarentaise Valley, the biggest cluster of ski resorts in the world and is well-served with airport transfers.

For a greener way to travel, trains can reach the nearby station of Moutiers, and with taxis to Courchevel taking around 30 minutes from the station.

Courchevel for non-skiers


Courchevel has a great deal to offer non-skiers. There are adrenalin sports such as sky-diving and tandem paragliding or more relaxing pursuits such as spa or shopping days. Activities on the snow include tobogganing, snowshoeing or winter walking. Scenic flights are also possible.
